Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct in our organization for total accounting solutions as we are an integral part of an IT support and consulting organization, basically used be finance and accounts team. We use Salesforce for all our day to day life and we have integrated Intacct with Salesforce for all our financial solutions.
- The ability to create the financial reports and also the dashboard reports with ease.
- The flexibility of the software has to be its greatest strength. Reports, workflows, field names, etc are just a few of the customizable items in Intacct.
- The way it handles multi-entity and inter-company transactions. Simple user interface. Easy to navigate and correct entries. Great JE upload feature.
- We also selected this for that ability to incorporate statistical information with our financial information and create dashboards to share information internally.
- Need to open a ticket before you can talk to customer service. Then you get an email that you can't respond to. If you get into the system where you logged the customer service ticket. Had issues setting up accounts.
- A greater possibility of integration will make Sage Intacct even more useful and helpful to the user. Additionally, quick glances that summarize the different ways the software can be useful can be helpful to new users.
- There isn't really anything at this point that has caused problems or limitations. The only issue is when you export to Excel it does not use the latest version.
- Much organized follow up system for pending payment from clients has put our finances on a positive note.
Yes, we have a automation in place to capture the values from our core business solution Salesforce and this has saved more than a support staff's work for our organization.
I love the custom reporting capabilities through dimension use... looking at the GL as a database structure makes the software very versatile and easy to use. The output potential is outstanding!
I have used and evaluated other products QuickBooks and FinancialForce
