Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct to support multi-entity account and global consolidation with multi-currencies. Providing a cloud-based application with global consolidated financial reporting in multi-currencies.

- Customer support documentation in some cases did not provide enough information to address the issue that we were having.
- When working with customer support on a support case the person that was assigned to the case was very responsive but had to go a prodect manager to support the issue. My feeling is that if a issue is elevated to a prodect manager the manager should take over the support case and work directlly with us which would speed up the process.
- All of our ROI is a product of the multi-currency, entity and global consolidation
Again the ability to work in a cloud based ERP and have realtime consolidated reporting in multi currency is the reason that we are a Sage Intacct customer.
