Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is used in our business office only. We use it for AP, AR, budget planning, reconciliation, etc.

Pros

  • It is very quick and efficient
  • Very user friendly
  • How easy it is to find what’s causing an imbalance and fix it

Cons

  • I don’t like how it logs me off randomly even though it hasn’t been 3 hours.
  • I wish you could search a dollar amount in the journal entry area
  • I wish there were more preference options.
  • Effienciency
  • Being more productive
  • Less time wasted fixing entries
It worked we overall, but none of our contacts transferred correctly.
Intacct definitely holds it own.
I think it is ahead of its time. It works very well and I’m very happy using it.
