Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We only use Sage Intacct in the Finance/Accounting department. It is very useful for invoicing and revenue management. I know other team members use it for GL entries and other accounting functions.
- I am easily able to create invoices for clients.
- The upload function is very useful for mass creating invoices.
- The old UI is so easy to use and read. Please don't force us to use the new UI.
- The new UI has a lot of issues, starting with not being easy to read revenue reports.
- We are still trying to fix some revenue recognition issues with irregularly dated invoices. Not sure when this will be resolved.
- I think overall, it has a high ROI. The upload function for invoices is very valuable.
We process thousands of invoices per month. Many of them are uploaded, which saves us a lot of time.
I was not involved in picking Sage Intacct. It was the only thing we used when I started here.
