We are currently implementing Contract Revenue Management so we can be ready for ASC 606. In addition, the Fixed Assets and Prepaid modules have automated depreciation and expense recognition entries, getting us off of spreadsheets.
I've used QB, Oracle, Coda, and NetSuite. All are fragmented or take tons of consulting time to get to where you need them. Sage Intacct thought ahead and solved this for us without having to keep paying.
