Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It's being used for all our finances and reporting. It is used mostly by our finance/accounting team and the software developers. It addressed our problem: QuickBooks couldn't scale. The QuickBooks API was not easy to use and required a lot of nightly jobs to run in order to keep our site up to date with the accounting software. With Intacct we can easily have all our data synced up where needed. One really useful thing is being able to add custom fields in Intacct. It has helped with our integrations to Stripe (payment processor) and our CRM.
