Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's used by our Business Affairs team to generate invoices and track payments.

Pros and Cons

It generates invoices from our internal orders system.
It saves agreement and invoice templates for customers.

It doesn't pull all information into invoices, some have to be entered manually.
The formatting of the text in invoices doesn't always look very good.
Formatting/text boxes are difficult to edit on invoices.

Return on Investment

Streamlined order processing.
Made our invoices look more professional.
Cutdown time it takes to generate invoices.

Sage Intacct Automation

The software has dramatically cut down the time it takes us to generate license agreements and invoices for customers.

Sage Intacct Extensibility

I haven't used these features, only the order management.

Ease of Integration

It's integrated fairly well with our internal orders system, though some functionality is missing.

Likelihood to Recommend

I only use it for generating invoices from orders and it's mostly well-suited to this task, although if some formatting improvements were made, I would be much happier with it.
