Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used across the whole organization. It helps tremendously with time and expense and job cost reporting.

  • Capturing time & expense for A/R billing
  • Customer support can sometimes be a tedious process.
  • The dashboards are extremely helpful, but you will need advanced training on them.
  • Up to the minute dashboard visualization for upper management.
Yes, it has very much streamlined the entire accounting process.
Project Accounting and Time & Expense management have made Accounts Receivable billing much faster and easier. It all flows together.
Job costing is better. Along with Time & Expense capturing.
Works great when you have employees that travel and still need to get their expenses submitted. It is very easy to do from any computer.

Using Sage Intacct

It is a great system that allows integration of several functions. The ease of use is wonderful. The reports and dashboards are very good. Most out of the box reports are enough to get going without needing a lot of customization.
