Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We migrated from MAS90 to Sage Intacct. It is used as our accounting system and financial reporting software. We are using it to automate accounts payable approvals so that invoices are directed to responsible department managers without having to send stacks of paper. The inter-company functionality is amazing; in our prior system, we spent a minimum of a day balancing inter-company accounts, as we have multiple entities. The automation of our processes has resulted in significant time savings. We use the upload templates to incorporate information from our Restaurant POS, Gaming system, and payroll. Again, this has streamlined processes and increased employee morale, as the software is intuitive and easy to use.

We have found the automation functionality of accounts payable to be a huge time saver with online approvals and attachment ability. No more pulling invoice copies. The drill down feature from GL is amazing, as you literally can drill from the account list, all the way to the purchasing invoice, if needed.
We do not use these modules.
I have used Great Plains, QuickBooks, MAS90, and several others and none of them had the functionality, ease of use, and intuitiveness that this product has. We are able to streamline tasks, minimize data entry, conduct intercompany transactions with ease, and automate the accounts payable approval process which has saved both time and money. I am so excited to have this software and to be able to focus on other tasks. We have taken our month end close down to less than 10 days which has resulted in more timely reporting and the ability to move between entities makes everything easier. It's just a fabulous product!
