Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used across our entire diocese which encompasses over 100 entities and 85 users. It solves our financial transparency issues along with consolidation problems.

Pros

  • Automation - smart events and rules are making us become more efficient.
  • Attachments - detail to transactions all in one place.
  • Integration - open API to streamline all facets of business.

Cons

  • Budgeting is clunky.
  • Bank feeds released but were not properly vetted and not working at all.
  • Ability to filter an account group by class should be available like all the others.
  • Streamlined consolidation saved over 30% of close time.
One-sided entry in AP and AR modules has made it easier for users.
Sage Intacct has much better customization availability.
Great for multi-entity. Could be a price drag for organizations with over 100 users. Please allow employee users to approve payments!
