Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We used Sage Intaact as our general ledger. We record all our financial transactions, produce financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, etc. We pay all our vendors through Sage. We produce year-end 1099s from Sage. We also recently have linked Sage to Bill.com to pay vendors using ACH.
- Good controls
- Solid general ledger system
- Decent report writer
- Report writer could be better
- More standard reports
- It is a cost-effective General Ledger system.
- The link to Bill.com will save us in check processing fees.
We use Sage Intaact as our general ledger plus accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. It works effectively. We are in the process of linking Sage with Bill.com which will save us in check processing costs by paying vendors by ACH.
We haven't used these features and most are not applicable for us.
The system was configured before I started. However, my understanding was it was pretty easy to do.
I have used NetSuite at my previous company. It is pretty similar.
