Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct provides accurate financials; however, the system glitch poses an inconvenience and the support team takes a while to even respond to claims, which slows down the close process tremendously.
They are non-responsive at times. I have had a ticket open for over 2 weeks with no follow-up at the moment. Some reps cannot even explain why the issue occurs and just tells us to reach out if it happens again.
Sage Intacct is being utilized by our whole organization. We just implemented the procurement to purchase modules and are fully integrated on the revenue side as well. I think the main issue is the continual system glitch that Intacct has and what's more troubling is how long it takes support to address our issues.

Not so much, was not aware that they offered automation on the receivables/revenue side, but would be interested hearing more. I was also not apart of the initial implementation. We also just implemented the procure-to-pay module
NetSuite provides a cleaner way for a more Enterprise client. Their reporting is also superior; however, pricing is substantially higher.
The reporting is great and very easy to use. I used NetSuite before, and it was very easy and quick to switch over without much confusion.
