Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Across our whole company, every employee has to report their time via Sage Intacct weekly. It addresses the issue of billing since we bill clients hourly, and it helps the internal teams understand our utilization rate. I believe our team can run stats through Intacct to understand if we are using employees to bill.
- Simple- No extra frills.
- Intuitive- It is easy to quickly add my hours and which project I worked on. The flow is very user-friendly.
- Checks and balances- I have to submit my time and then my manager has to approve, and then our Controller has to approve that. There is even another auditor on timesheets as well when there are discrepancies.
- On the user front, none. I suspect the backend team would have more insight.
- Not sure since I am just an employee
