Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used by my consulting company to track billable hours and expenses. All consultants use this and are trained to input hours daily. We also use the data collected to export into Excel in order to create budget trackers. It is exported predictably and consistently. In addition, we're able to include attachments such as receipt images so accounting can validate expenses.
  • Clean UI.
  • Programmability.
  • Simple workflow.
  • Navigation to certain pages.
  • Customizable/more relevant front page.
  • Adjustable column widths to see drop down values better in timesheet input.
  • It has positively allowed my company to track project hours and billability.
UI is clean but could be more tailored and customizable. I only use it to put in my daily timesheet and bill expenses and I feel like it should take fewer clicks than it does.

Intacct is well suited for managing billable hours. I get reminders to put in my hours some times if I forget a day.
