Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use it for payment management on both the AP and AR side. It is an easy way to keep track of the who what when where and why of daily business. I have multiple windows open at one time and it so I can both create invoices and receive them in an efficient way.

Pros

  • Searching the payment history of customers is very convenient.
  • Creating invoices by duplicating truly cuts my work-load in half.

Cons

  • The automatic log out after a certain amount of nonuse is very inconvenient.
  • It is a great way for all employees to see what the customer has paid.
  • It is a great way for all employees to see what Invoices we have yet to pay.

We switched over to Intacct when I started this position. Learning Intacct seemed more intuitive and user friendly at the time.
With a huge number of vendors we use, it is very convenient to just add them one time. It is also a huge time saver with regards to the duplication function.
