Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Normally we used [Sage] Intacct to handle all the payments on the facilities, such as record transfers, checks, and credit cards. We used it every day to do the check run. I think [Sage] Intacct makes our daily tasks easier. [It] also makes me happy that we can reverse the payments in case [it was made] the wrong way.
Apex gets benefited because, by this financial process, we're able to handle more than 20 facilities and pay all the utilities [to] do the bank reconciliation on each one of them by the end of the month. [We can] have all the vendors get paid by [a] certain date, and also review everything by the accountants by the end of the month in terms of GL doing the Purchasing Journals.

In my case, all my team used it, but I would recommend [Sage] Intacct because [of] the billing processing. It's easier; you can do everything manually and makes payments and closing more successful. The only thing I would improve is the time on the screen because sometimes you're using it and [it] logs out.
