Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use the General Ledger for AR to create Journal entries and like the ease of duplicating those, which allow me to quickly add a new one or edit an existing one without creating/reversing the batch. A plus I find is the ability to search multiple ways within those to easily find posted JE. The use of the reporting features is most helpful for my monthly reconciliations and for preparing for my company's yearly audit.

Our nonprofit is relatively new to Sage Intacct and has already experienced the benefits of Positive Pay, bank reconciliation, ease of journal entry, custom reporting ability, and the auditing process.

I was not involved in the decision to convert to Sage Intacct.
I work in a nonprofit organization which has a yearly audit, so the ease of the auditing team's ability to access the accounting information is a huge time saver for all. The ability to drill down and customize reporting to fit my specific need. The journal entry process has been streamlined with the option to duplicate JE transactions.
