Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct as our accounting system. We record all transactions for the company within Intacct. From paying bills, to creating invoices, and all transactions in between, it all goes into Intacct.
- Custom Reports
- Dig into transactions and related support
- User-friendly navigation
- Speed of reports - large files could take a long time to upload
- Speed of imports - large imports you have to wait to receive an email while it loads
- Excel-based connectivity - be able to link into an excel add-in to create custom reports in excel
- Makes consolidated reporting easier with custom reports
- Allows us to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable well
- Decreases journal-entry processing time
The invoicing module saves us a lot of time and is easy to navigate, saving us time in our AR process and makes training easy. The general ledger module is very robust and makes it easy for us to analyze results using various reports.

Sage's reports are much more customizable and useful than Workday. Intacct is also easier to navigate.
