Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use Accounts Payable, Positive Pay, & Reports applications. It has helped streamline a few processes that were previously manual, which has been a big help. This has helped us become more efficient & productive as a team. Use case in place we have certain users with access to accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management without access to the other applications. We implemented this to have controls in place so there isn't conflict of interest.
- uploading of invoices, vendor details, etc
- being able to customize reports
- process of printing checks easy & can be sorted to specifics
- the implementation process wasn't as smooth, & it's not as easy to view the aging that was added from our previous accounting system.
- Transparency. It's opened the lines of communication between two different worlds, for us to be able to things together financially.
I use the automate process for accounts payable, it helps import things quicker than manually entering them.
The multi-entity function works well, it allows us to allocate accordingly to the appropriate entities. The parent entity with sub entity are not as easy to work with. You still have to access the parent entity in order to access the sub entity, which is time consuming especially when making payments or looking for bills.
