Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Use Sage Intacct for accounting and reporting purposes. Previously on an outdated ERP with limited capabilites. Sage Intacct allowed us to expand out reporting requirement as fit and provided the structure needed to speed up our close process.

  • In my experience, customized reports are tough to create
  • I think planning software is limited

Accounts payable automation has been helpful after going through a few rounds of corrections. Adding customers and stat accounts allowed us to carve out the business into segments that are easily visibile and digestible
Congifuring any software has it's pains, but the support team helped us piece together outstanding items and let us meet our implementation timing
Sage Intacct had an easier learning curve than Oracle IMO

Easy to create and post journal entries with dimensions needed to carve out lines of service. Standard reports lacked the ability to easily customize.
