Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct for multiple entities within our organization. It is an all-in-one integrated system that can be accessed anywhere, which is great for our employees.

Pros

  • Accounting Reports

Cons

  • Saves employees time and money
Features like attaching invoices when generating a bill, saves the team time. Being able to create and apply payment to an invoice is great.
We received help from Sage Intacct and used their help and support tools. Although the system is great it does take time at first to adjust.
Sage Intacct has benefits like having access to all entities at once instead of constantly logging in and out. It is also cloud-based, and multiple users can be logged in and work simultaneously. Real-time insights across multiple entities and importing multiple bills via CSV save a lot of time every month.
