Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use Sage Intacct for entering and sending out invoices, for setting up vendors. My favorite thing to do is to use the upload feature to create an invoice, it is the BEST!

Pros

  • Created invoices
  • Purchase requisition
  • General ledger entries

Cons

  • When invoices are created, it should be able to tell that this is a vendor we use all the time and that all the perimeters are correct
  • It should be a way to tell the person who requested a purchase req. that it was submitted for approval because in our office, the person who creates the purchase req. isn't the person who submits it for approval
Yes it is the best I've used, I love uploading invoices, I just have to check to make sure they picked up the correct information before it goes for approval.
Sage Intacct has been a great software for us, since before we were using QuickBooks desktop, I love QuickBooks, but the desktop version of any software has challenges. The add on feature we use to upload invoices is awesome, it saves me time! I LOVE Sage Intacct.
I've use QB online once, I like Sage Intacct's interface better.
