Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I am the controller and worked with the Implementation team on the setup. The system is very user-friendly and has great in-system help. We are an FQHC, so the Grant Management software makes management easier. We use Sage Intacct for AP, Grant Management, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting.

Pros

Cons

  • Templates for Custom Reports.
  • We have multiple entities, so the consolidated Financial Reports are great.
We use the purchasing module, which converts the PO into the bill to pay.
We have multiple entities, so the consolidated reports work well. We can break the report into certain entities, departments, and locations.
The vendor helped us initially set up a multi-entity. I have also had to make changes, which has been relatively straightforward.
