Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct to streamline our billing processes, enhance our inter-company by being able to correctly report and use consolidations.

We love the ability to custom report, there are endless possibilities allowing us to gain the correct report for our parent's needs. Consolidation was a real problem as we had to manually do it in Xero, so the ability to just press a button really is wonders!

  • A refund button, refunds are very complicated
  • More of a cashflow insight
  • Not having to sign out of the Gov Gateway and re sign in for different vat numbers
  • Streamlined our entire month end process
  • Chopped our billing from 6 days to 2 days
  • Enabled us to reclaim debt by over 20% more due to collections modules
We have been able to configure Sage Intacct both on our own and with the help of our implementation team. It is very customisable so has been able to fit around our processes rather than us having to change our processes for Sage Intacct.
We had previously used Xero and it just wasn't fit for purpose anymore. We looked at Netsuite vs Sage Intacct and Sage Intacct definitely felt like more of the correct fit.

Sage Intacct is scalable which is what we wanted given our planned exponential growth over the coming years. It done a lot our of the box to make our lives easier and more streamlined.

It is especially good at those who require specific reporting, there is such a vast array of ways to put a report together which should be able to tick off nearly all of your needs.

Although we use Salesforce and there are enhanced integrations, we have had to manually amend an integration for our way of working. So maybe there could be more improvements on the SF integration.
