Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct as our primary financial system. Any other system we use is imported into SI for our reporting. I work primarily with the receivables side, and this product has allowed us to streamline some of our postings, generating invoices, and managing receivables. It has also allowed us to set up specific permissions for approvals and managing employees.

We are just in our first year of flipping over the system. We've used automation in memorized transactions. We are working on expanding our automation as we get more familiar with the product in the coming years. One key piece is the automation of the payables process, where we can harness automation of the submission and approvals of expenses.
A vendor helped, so we were able to get a lot of insight from them. We did not use SAGE during our configuration. It was pretty simple, too. One big wish is that the custom reporting was easier to write without having to go through additional training. Our vendor was able to answer most of the questions for us.

Our previous system, SI, has allowed us to do things our previous system couldn't. I like the cloud-based system as well.
