Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

I use Sage Intacct for accounts receivables, receiving payments and running aging reports.

Pros

  • receiving payments
  • help desk is great
  • reports are easy to find

Cons

  • searching customers could be easier by using key words rather than having to type out exact
  • credits on account need to be easier to find
  • Easier to apply payments and make corrections when needed
I have benefited from accounts receivable processes provided by Sage
I have not used any of these

Would be easier to search customers by not having to type out exact names, by searching with key words it should provide close matches at the very least.
