Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We just converted over from another program in December of 2025 to SAGE, and I can really say we had been missing out on a great program. With a bit of hesitation at the beginning, since I had been using the previous for 10 years, I honestly thought it would be a challenge, but SAGE is user-friendly, easy to understand, and much simpler to use. I love how you can get help on any topic, and the videos and tutorials are very helpful. So glad our company made the switch.

Pros

  • Let's you changes preferences to what you need.
  • Help, support, training videos.
  • User friendly.

Cons

  • Maybe updated training videos with current versions/releases.
  • Be able to open various windows when working on something instead of having to switch back and forth on the screen.
  • Show better examples when searching for items.

Can actually get full info when preparing a report without having to cut and paste from various reports. Being able to edit quickly and understand why there are certain areas you cannot edit.
