Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We have integration with Sage Intacct. Sage Intacct provides a lot of customisation in terms of integration and how you can track the AP Automation. We are processing bills and vendor invoices to manage our expenses. Sage Intacct also provides real-time financial reporting and better control over financial workflows. Our finance and operations teams use it to track transactions, manage vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Overall, the platform improves transparency, supports compliance requirements, and enables faster, data-driven financial decision-making across the organisation.
Pros
- One strong capability is accounts payable automation
- real-time financial reporting
- multi-entity and dimensional accounting
Cons
- User interface and navigation.
- Report customization
- Error messages and troubleshooting details could be more descriptive
- Reduction in manual accounting work
In accounts payable, automation has streamlined invoice processing and approval workflows. Instead of manually entering invoice data and routing approvals through email, invoices are automatically captured, validated, and sent through predefined approval paths. This has reduced processing time, minimized manual errors, and improved payment cycle efficiency.
The multi-entity and global consolidation capabilities have been especially valuable. They allow our finance team to manage multiple business entities within a single system while maintaining separate books and automatically consolidating financial data.
