Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

We are using Salesforce.com across the whole globe for our CRM and marketing integration with Marketo. Salesforce.com is the top CRM tool in the market. Within Snow Software, we use it mainly for sales, marketing orchestration, support cases, and customer success. We have found that the automation rules and workflow rules from Salesforce.com are top of the line in generating business continuity.

These CRMs are good, but Salesforce.com has become a standard in the industry for its robust integrations and power within all parts that entail a CRM. I would definitely recommend HubSpot or Zoho for smaller businesses.

I like Salesforce.com because of the familiarity. It has won the market such that no matter which company you go to, they will be using Salesforce.com. For me it is imperative that I utilize Salesforce.com to be efficient in my job.

We wouldn't be able to work or create any sort of business continuity without a strong tool like Salesforce.com. To be honest, there is a complicated thing here because I believe the classic version is not easy to use but as it has become the industry standard because it has become very easy for me to use and navigate. Now with Lighting, I do know that if I were to be using Salesforce.com for the first time, Lighting would be so much easier. But for old users like me, this transition is very hard, as we do not want to deal with this new UI and not be able to work as easy as we can with classic--its a pickle.
I have not received support from the Salesforce.com team.
Salesforce.com is perfect for any SMB company that needs to integrate with multiple third-party applications. It is definitely a must for any sort of big company or an enterprise company.

You shouldn't use Salesforce.com if you are a small business. Salesforce.com does offer some economical options, but to make the best of Salesforce.com, your company has to have the right size environment and complicated processes that need automation. There are even free CRM that are a good start.
