- One stop destination for anyting related to processes or knowledge
- Consists of standard operating procedures
- Cater to the needs of it's users to search for processes
- Maintain a database of all the required processes and knowledge bases
- Keeps all the documentation easy and accessible

- It created an impact on our processes greatly where we're now able to assist our users with lesser wait times and higher efficiency
- Content creation is very easy on the tool
- It also stores the versions of the processes making it easy to roll back a version if needed
Salesforce Commerce Cloud offers a wide variety of features such as pages, versions, static links etc which makes it unique when compared with any other tool. It has a powerful searching mechanism with which we can search with keywords to find related articles with those keywords in it. Very user friendly and accessible.
