Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Einstein Analytics (formerly Wave Analytics)

Sales uses it primarily to track data. My department used it to track churn.
  • Reporting.
  • BI
  • Data visualization.
  • Limited access.
  • Need a dedicated engineer.
  • Pricey.
Have used Tableau before which is my all-time favorite. I would recommend Tableau over any other BI tool. It is widely known, widely used, and easily imported into your business no matter what other software or tools you use.
I am a fan of Tableau so would always recommend that over other analytics platforms. Like everything with Salesforce, you need a pretty in-depth Salesforce knowledge to be able to get things connected and see what you need to see. In my organization, access was pretty limited as well so there wasn't a lot that I could do on my own.
