Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
We used Salesforce Marketing Cloud because it offered a complete solution for Marketing. From journey building, to segmentation, to A B testing, to synchronizing our Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud as one central repository to manage all our constituents. We primarily used it to do mass email sends, with customizable template and many rich features.

I wish we had the ability to measure campaigns as we would like, for now, we just associate the donation that comes from that mass email blast. I believe there are many untapped areas such as the area of social engagement that we could take advantage of but we just don't have the appropriate staff.
Not to sound like I am completely against Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I believe HubSpot has worked alot on their marketing platform to simplify the interface along with keeping the rich functions a marketing platform would want. Campaign monitor is a bit more basic, but perfect for mass email campaigns! It gets the job done for us!
