- The platform tech fees are higher than the more simpler platforms and implementation costs are also high so ROI realisation takes a bit of time.
Tracking the standard metrics is simple but trying to track more complex reporting does need a fair bit of SQL and automation to export custom reports. It is all available it just needs to be built. Data ingestion is simple but would require data manipulation to join external reports with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reports.
