- Abandoned cart programs are complex to set up but when setup we see high returns
- The platform tech fees are higher than the more simpler platforms and implementation costs are also high so ROI realisation takes a bit of time.

Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - it is easy to customise but also not much can be customised other than logo and colors

Yes, it is more than not bundled in with account packages, it does pay to have the premium support package as the responses are quicker. Unless you have your own partner providing you support then it makes sense to use them to get the support you need. It also depends on complexity of the issue.
A time when Salesforce provided you with exceptional support for this product was when I raised an issue with them around automation errors and they got the ticket in record time and then suggested I get on a call to discuss further so we could screen share which resulted in the problem being solved almost immediately
