Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio
We tried to set up Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio and failed. It is next to impossible to set up unless you are an Advanced Salesforce Developer, have unlimited amounts of time and/or unlimited funds to spend on consulting services.
- $20,000 loss for small business.
- Complete breakdown of marketing efforts.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud promises it all but we have not seen any evidence that it can deliver on any of the features that the tool supposedly provides. They don't offer any onboarding that I know of, you pay for Premier Support so that you can spend days/weeks communicating back and forth with people in distant lands who don't understand what you are asking.
HubSpot offers 24/7 support, manuals, onboarding and is user friendly! You can either pay for a consultant or set it up yourself.
Mail Chimp is very affordable and quite intuitive, may be good enough for most people's needs.
