Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)

We use this for walkthroughs. So I walk through my building at least 4 times a day. Having the Salesforce mobile app helps me submit any tickets that I see as I am walking around. I also can take pictures with it and attach them to the ticket for reference. Easy to have in hand.

  • Notifications are available through the app.
  • Sometimes the ticket may not go through.
  • Tagging people are hard through comments.
  • Going back to the ticket after submitting g can be difficult.

Easy to use. Easy to direct tickets to specific departments. In other apps, there are no pictures available to be shared. This allows us to show what we are talking about. I also am not limited to the kinds of tickets I submit. Meaning I can contact any company or department. Even if they submitted it.

While walking around my building I can take pictures and attach them to already existing tickets. I also can submit tickets as I see them. This helps in case I forget by the time I get back to my desk. I also get notifications when tagged so I can respond on the fly.
