Salesforce app extends all the functionality to a mobile application that helps you to take your data anywhere, manage leads and stay up to date with coworkers from anywhere. This allows you to have the information at your fingertips with accessibility to dashboards, reports, tasks and notifications. It also allows you to build a Salesforce compatible app that is unique to your business and business needs.
- Easy for teams to update task, opportunities and accounts no matter where you are.
- All task available on the desktop version from the convenience of your phone.
- Also has offline functionality that is useful in remote areas.
- Some reports or dashboards that are more complicated don't display very well on a phone.
- May require some training for the first time user.
- Creating DocuSign documents for clients is cumbersome via the app.
