Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)
My organization's sales and business development teams use the Salesforce Mobile app to actively manage leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts on-the-go. The app is well designed and supports most of the functionality of using non-mobile desktop version of Salesforce. Often times many things happen outside of business hours. A contact might respond to an email, or you may receive a signed PO after normal work hours. The Salesforce app allows all the necessary Salesforce functionality without having to be logged in at your computer.
- The overall user experience of the app is very good. It's intuitive and easy to navigate.
- The app reflects the native desktop app and does not limit functionality.
- The search feature makes it quick to look up a specific contact or opportunity.
- The ability to upload documents to related records would be a plus. This may be possible and I am just not finding it.
- Other than that, I think the app does a great job of mirroring our Salesforce instance.
- Contacts, Opportunities, Accounts.
- Chatter.
- Tasks.
- I think the most positive impact we've realized are improved efficiencies managing active opportunities.
- We have not experienced any issues using the Salesforce Mobile App.
- HubSpot CRM and Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)
I have used HubSpot and Copper CRM at previous companies but both of them are fundamental CRMs. Salesforce can truly be implemented to meet your unique business attributes and can scale as your company grows. It's no wonder it's the #1 CRM in the world. Plus with 100s of integrations to other apps, Salesforce can achieve a lot more than just managing sales.
