Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
SalesLoft is the central way that we manage our outreach to our prospects, fully integrated with both Salesforce and ZoomInfo. It's currently being used only by sales, and helps the full process from being able to do initial outreaches, manage the ongoing discussions with relevant stakeholders across an organization, and be very timely and organized throughout. I only wish there were more granular ability in their e-mail tracking (knowing which user is opening a particular e-mail if there's multiple recipients as an example).

Support is always handy but my sales ops guy handles most of it. He seems happy with the support team.
