Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
Salesloft is deployed to our global sales team with over 1600 licenses across the 4 instances. However, we are only leveraging about 850.

Pros
- Loft It
- Book Meeting Link
- Tracking Opens, clicks, etc.
Cons
- MSD Integration - in my opinion, very lacking. Deals still not available. All new releases only available for Salesforce.
- In app reporting - such as usage and detailed Cadence reports. Most reports have be requested to and sent by engineering.
- Lack of global settings - we are a very large, complex company and need more specific governance controls, right now we only have enterprise domain limits and cadence settings.
- We have 4 instances, and we can't see them under 1 umbrella.
- Filtering in Accounts and Cadences view - I feel is very lacking.
- In my opinion, it is difficult to track the deals since not available for MSD users
Theo, Savanna, Josh and Adowa are the absolute best. They have provided the best support over the last few years. The are quick to respond and are incredibly knowledgeable about our company and Salesloft. We would be lost without them. Our issues are with the product not the support.
