SAP Analytics Cloud is used as a reporting tool by almost all departments of the organization.
- Easy to learn by users.
- Good interface with SAP BW.
- On the cloud, web access.
- Complicate for users to create complex variables in reports.
- Planning licenses are too expensive.
Qlik Sense is too expensive, much more complicated to use for users (especially new variables or other complex calculations) and requires you to buy too many extra functionalities to have the same options as SAP Analytics Cloud can offer.
Microsoft Power BI is much cheaper and has very powerful functionality, the only problem is when your corporate data universe is SAP, you need to work much more in the connection between both systems.
