Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

SAP Analytics Cloud has been a great software at Sprouts Farmers Market across all departments. We use this software to collect, connect and analyze data via robust cloud analytics capabilities such as BI, predictive analytics, and augmented analytics.

Pros

  • With augmented analytics capability it is easy to take rapid actions by reducing the time taken to process data.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud offers predictive analytics tools that make it easy to predict potential outcomes.
  • Additionally, SAP Analytics Cloud makes it effective to drill into data regardless of the size hence enhancing [analysis] in real-time.

Cons

  • During the initial setup, it was overwhelming to integrate non-SAP on-premises applications, but the vendor support team helped resolve the issue rapidly.
  • SAP Analytics Cloud has enabled us to generate more revenue by getting insights through data exploration regardless of the size in one secure location.
  • Real-time reporting has reduced fraud while advancing compliance that improves company spending visibility.
  • Enterprise planning has enabled us to improve and automate financial management procedures.
Unlike SAP Analytics Cloud, Lattice [does] not incorporate CPM capabilities for enterprise organizations. Additionally, SAP Analytics Cloud is way too perfect since it combines BI & CPM in one single cloud solution.

SAP Analytics Cloud has an easy-to-navigate user interface that makes it intuitive, eye-catching, and easy to use for all clients even for non-IT experts.
SAP offers free support via phone calls, email chats and live chats. However, to enjoy full services for live, it requires a registered member. I would rate SAP support 100% knowledgeable and readily available.
Since the entire business procedures involve data, SAP Analytics Cloud best suits every organization aspect. I would recommend my colleagues who aren’t using SAP Analytics Cloud to try this tool to get real-time insights that will enable them to make informed decisions by integrating data from other data sources.
