Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud
It almost 5 years, we are using SAP Analytics Cloud to innovate and give our customers a new BI user experience, but unluckily the tool doesn't always support the innovation. On the marketing side, everything is there, and actually, in the tool, you have a lot of functionalities, but when you are going to use it, in the reality, there are too many limitations, and you are not able to use any of that. Commenting, import connection, smart insight, explorer view, limitation on waterfall chart, etc... All these key functionalities have had several limitations for years, and they are known to SAP, but they are never implemented.
