Usability

While SAP Analytics Cloud has amazing features, especially its use of AI and Machine Learning to provide accurate projections and predict potential outcomes, I gave it a 7/10 on usability because the environment is complicated and requires some getting used to. It also lacks customization, which is a huge downside for companies looking for flexibility in their data analytics platform.
