Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba
We use SAP Ariba for obtaining and supplier management. SAP Ariba helps us manage purchase requests, approvals and contract management at single place.Tool also enables the supports in tendering RFPs or RFQs and helps us compare incoming suppliers responses productively.Before SAP Ariba all the collection work was done by manually over emails and excel sheets, causing huge delays ,late and wrong approvals and lack of effectiveness in the process. Sap helps in improves control and transparency. track orders, deliveries and payments easily ,enabling to Maintain a centralized supplier database.

- SAP Ariba helps automate the entire procurement process cycle. For example, it automatically follows the correct approval workflow after once a user submits request, reducing delays and manual follow-ups.
- Sourcing&Tender Management:-
- The platform handles RFPs and RFQs smoothly. You can send tender invitations to many suppliers, receive their quotes, and differentiate them side by side,saving a lot of time and ensures vendor selectio.
- Integration with ERP Systems:-
- SAP Ariba works well with systems like SAP S/4HANA and other ERP tools.

- Reporting and Analytics :- While SAP Ariba has built-in reports, custom report creation is not very effective and not very flexible its osmewhat complex.
- User Interface (UI) and Navigation:- For example, navigating between contracts,sourcing-events, and supplier profiles often requires too many clicks. A new modren approch can be effective
