Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One
It is used across the entire organization for Oilfield Services. It does not have the functionality necessary for the business needs, and because we are on 8.82 currently.
- It has extensive functionality for small businesses for financials, customer relations, and basic workflow.
- It can be customized to fit the detailed needs of your business.
- Cost effective and easy to implement as opposed to other softwares
- Has wide range of partners and add-ons to fit business needs.
- P2P process difficult in 8.82 because some of the functionality not there unless you upgrade to a new version.
- Not enough functionality for Field Services for time management.
- No Payroll functionality in B1.
- Has negative impact on our business due to not enough functionality
- Bad implementation which has required extensive clean up and re-implementing of new processes and procedures
- Has increased some employee efficiency and alleviated quite a bit of manual work that was previously being done outside the system
SAP B1 does not have the same functionality that SAP ERP has, which would be more beneficial for the type of business we are in, but because we are not large enough, it would not be cost effective. Upgrading to SAP All in One would eventually be a better functional solution for our company in the future because of our size, and the various types of oilfield services we provide.
