Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One

I use SAP Business One to make quotations for my customers and to follow-up the sales process since the first contact until the closing of the business, and also to manage the warehouse inventory, and billing process, so it is an important part of our daily workflow.

Pros

  • Sales report

  • Manage of quotations or leads

Cons

  • The format of quotation file is kind of limited , it should allow more customization to deliver more complete commercial proposals
  • It gives us a positive impact managing the sales opportunities
  • Allow us to manage with accuracy our inventory of products
There are some areas of the user interface which are difficult to learn at first but with a proper training are manageable, anyway it is a powerful platform which delivers all the necessary tools to make the internal process work smoothly, and the data we can view and export to follow-up task is very complete
