Overall Satisfaction with SAP BusinessObjects Lumira
To create easy to use dashboard alternatives by business users themselves like the adhoc webi report creation.This provides a very quick visualization to understand the data faster than going through the actual data in tables and spread sheets. Sales forecast, revenue recognition are the couple of initial uses which convinced users to adopt this self service BI tool.
- Good integration with existing BI platform
- Easy to learn with experience of previous SAP BI tools
- Improvement needed on the data manipulation
- Improvement to front end design to match the competitor products in the same space
There is lot to improve to match up with Tableau, but based on current BI platform in the organization & licensing models, ti was easy to go with Lumira which was meeting the basic requirements.
