Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use it for credit card and travel. This tool save a lot of admin time in the managing of receipts, approvals and automation back into sap S4. The travel section does a nice job of steering users to preferred vendors and controlling outlier events from happening by accident. We have not explored the other options.

Concur is much easier then defense travel system
The value is more like in compliance.
Save time in the selection of travel options and the automatic capture of the receipts. This has resulted in less lost receipts.
