Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I use SAP Concur to book my business travels and submit my expenses. SAP Concur integrates with airlines bookings and hotel reservations done outside of the system. At our company we also leverage SAP Concur to change expense incurred for other departments/charge codes. SAP Concur provides workflow routing - reporting structure and charge code based.

- Expense History/Ability to copy previous expenses
- Performance - sometimes goes into spinning or working mode
- Option to exit without having to start all over again - example skip car but keep Air and Hotel

- Employees can plan their travel without the help of a travel agent.
- Alerts with Company travel policies are very helpful
- Easy to book, modify and cancel trips.
SAP Concur is one stop application to book your trip and submit your expense reports. The ability to mirror trips and expense reports are helpful tools to have. SAP Concur also integrates well with others enterprise ERP systems such as SAP S4/Hana. Being able to use globally is a plus point. Currency conversion and flexible expense approval workflows are great.
SAP Concur to Oracle EBS suite - it took a while to build the integration from SAP Concur. Once we build the integration it has been working great.

Our company started with centralized travel management to a self service expense management system. We now have our global workforce use Concur to manage and plan their travel. Similar improvement in global expense report entry and approval engine also. Some of our field techs enter their expense in one system as they complete their off shore assignments.
From end user perspective, it is easy use, one tool to travel your trip and submit the expense report. SAP Concur sends reminder notification for any travel for which an expense report is require or pending. The direct deposit of expense is very helpful. Importing travel itinerary is very helpful.
