Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I use SAP Concur to submit expenses. When uploading receipts, it takes a long time to save. The search feature on the Allocation field that my organization uses is not user-friendly when it comes to searching for codes.
- Stores multiple transactions under one report
- Have multiple expense types
- ability to search for allocations codes or have a dropdown of all available values instead of typing to search
- Shows the total of expense being reimbursed once all transactions have been added
- Ability to see the breakdown of each transaction
Performance, Onboarding, Compensation
It has provided a better user experience for the organization.
Less admin manual work is required and very straightforward how to log expenses.
